Ingredients:
3 – 4 Maine russet potatoes
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp pepper
Directions:
- Wash potatoes, do not peel, and cut each into 1/8” wedges. Place wedges slightly overlapping in a single layer in a greased 13×9” pan.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and brush ½ of the oil mixture over the potatoes.
- Bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with the remaining oil mixture. Yield 4-6 servings.
