American Agri-Women officials said the group presents the LEAVEN Award to those persons who, to an outstanding degree, have acted as leaven, impacting those around them, multiplying their effectiveness for good. Pam serves on the American Agri-Women Foundation Board and is actively involved at the regional, state and national levels. She is president of the Maine affiliate and since her becoming state president membership has increased under her leadership.
