2026 Maine Potato Board Industry Recognition Award Nomination Form

The Maine Potato Board’s Industry Recognition Award honors individuals and families who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to supporting and advancing the Maine potato industry. Nominees are evaluated based on outstanding farming practices, a dedication to growth and innovation within their operations, and a willingness to adopt new methods and technologies. Consideration is also given to leadership and involvement in industry activities, including engagement with the Maine Potato Board, as well as participation in local communities, civic organizations, and service groups.

Awarded to individuals and families who have shown outstanding commitment and support of the Maine potato industry.

The nominee for the award will be selected on the following basis:

Involvement in local community, church, and other civic groups
Outstanding farming practices
Growth and advancement in farming operations, including a willingness to try new methods, technology, and advancements in the potato industry
Leadership and involvement in the industry and Maine Potato Board activities
